How will my parcel be delivered?
We offer door delivery of all products that are sold in our website. Depending on your depending PIN Code, we will choose the best possible courier option from the tie ups we have to ensure that you get timely and safe delivery of your product.

Do I pay for delivery?
We offer free shipping unless and until specified otherwise for the cart value or product deal. There is an additional charge for delivery for Live Plants and nominal COD charges are additional to the product cost.

Will I be charged customs fees?
For any product that is being shipped inside the country, you wouldn't need to pay any custom duty or any additional tax.

My item has become faulty, what are my options?
If your product comes with warranty as specified in the product description, please reach out to us and we will help you out with the claim.

How can I track my order?
We send out both SMS and mail containing the tracking information for your order but if in case the product is shipped and the tracking number didn't reach you, you may track your order status from our website itself by going to the relative page for tracking your order.

How can I return an item?
